Development History
Founded by the original team, the parent company Shenzhen Diwu (Give) Tech launched the NiceSmile aligner brand with an integrated online-to-offline (O2O) model and flagship experience stores.
We announce the establishment of Yagu Biotech (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. and the creation of a national Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operational center.
From a Multi-Brand Strategy to Global Reach. We consolidate DTC aligner brands, operate innovative dental clinics, and leverage three domestic production bases to serve customers across China and in over a dozen international markets.
Founded a Shenzhen Design Center and a Global Business Division to drive innovation and international expansion.
